It was a very <a href=\"http:\/\/jforj.org\/campgilgal\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/sites\/4\/2012\/04\/hike-22.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox[sbpost-2361];player=img;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2364\" src=\"http:\/\/jforj.org\/campgilgal\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/sites\/4\/2012\/04\/hike-22-300x235.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"http:\/\/jforj.org\/campgilgal\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/sites\/4\/2012\/04\/hike-22-300x235.jpg 300w, http:\/\/jforj.org\/campgilgal\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/4\/files\/sites\/4\/2012\/04\/hike-22.jpg 589w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a>strenuous hike for some. At one point I thought I wouldn\u2019t be able to make it up to a\u00a0certain part of the hike, but I did! I was able to make it up after a long time, some hard work, and a bunch of stops. I think I was able to make it to our destination because of all the encouragement I received from my fellow campers and staff. Another encouraging part of the hike was the response people had to our camp shirts. I heard some people say that they didn\u2019t know Jews for Jesus was still around. Others were reading the verse that is printed on the back of our shirts (Joshua 1:9), and said it was encouraging to them.
