I have grown up with Macaroni mostly in winter camp. Although she\u2019s obviously not been in the same cabin as me, I have still witnessed the powerful impact she puts in our lives. Here are some of the things I have learned about her:<\/p>\n<p>The first thing I asked Macaroni was, \u201cHow long have you been involved with Camp Gilgal, staff and camper wise?\u201d She replied, \u201cTen years\u201d in a confirmative voice after silently counting with her fingers. Second, I asked her, \u201cWhat environment did you grow up in?\u201d She answered, \u201cI was raised in a Christian home.\u201d She also told me, \u201cI became stronger in the faith when I was thirteen at teen camp.\u201d Another question I asked was, \u201cWho do you consider your role model?\u201d She said, \u201cMy sister, Hoops.\u201d I also asked her, \u201cWhat is the most epic moment you have seen God\u2019s presence?\u201d Macaroni responded, \u201cI was at Yosemite and worshiping when a strong wind came and shook the trees\u2026 I felt His power.\u201d She told me her future dream was to be a nurse, and I hope Jesus works in her life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Erica B., Age 12 Tribe of Zebulun A veteran to this glorious camp, a comedian who makes us laugh hysterically, a singer with a beautiful voice, and the thing she\u2019s mostly known for\u2026is being a noodle.
