Camp Gilgal is awesome! We had a theme night called Skit Night. My tribe’s skit was about Esther. I was Haman. I got to go on a fake cell phone and got to shout at Morty, short for Mordechai. Rebecca S. was Esther. I found it funny she was the main character and had no lines. Ellie R. was Asher, short for Xerxe
s. Zoe was Morty and Raina was Queen Vashti, and a dancer. I love the way we changed it! It was in our time. It started with a verse. Many times God uses an ordinary person in extraordinary ways. At the beginning of the skit, Vashti and Asher danced, then he stepped on her foot and she quit. The great Asher wanted me to tweet that Asher wanted a new dance partner and all the ladies prepared for their dance. Asher picked Esther because she was kind and a good dancer. The next day I was walking and Morty bumped into me and got hurt and I said, “A plague on you and your people, I’ll break all their legs!” Morty talked to Esther and Esther told Asher. And I was about to break their legs but Asher said stop! And the Jews were saved. I think that Skit Night is fun! I asked Ellie R. what she thought about Skit Night and she also said, “It was really fun.”
