Teen Camp

This year at Gilgal, we’ve done so many fun things, as well as learned spiritual lessons. On the fourth day of camp, we took a trip to the sand dunes by Lake Michigan. The night before we went to the dunes, we stayed at a Camp Gilgal friend’s house and they had a lake there. We got to swim. We also got to zip-line above the lake and play human foosball. At the dunes, we got to swim in Silver Lake. The dunes were hard to climb up, but very fun to be on. Every night during campfires, we all listened to the leaders tell their testimonies. Their stories were inspiring. I am very thankful that I had this experience. Every day, I felt closer to God. Everyone here has helped us grow in our faith. I think that all of us agree that this has been a great year at Camp Gilgal.
