The Fourth of July Parade is a privilege for all campers and staff. First, we go to Columbia and we practice our marching, singing, and chanting all together. Then, we fully get ready to march. This is a long, tedious process, because waiting in dusty hot weather isn’t always too fun. But soon we get to march in the parade and represent Yeshua and His love. And even better… on the Fourth of July!! Afterwards, we sit down to eat lunch. This year, my family drove all the way up to Columbia to surprise me so I got to eat lunch with them too! The Fourth of July is a memory I will never forget, or any of the other campers.
